As soon as you become a member of the Mothers Club, you will be added to our mailing list and will start receiving our monthly newsletter and reminders about upcoming events. The e-mails you receive from the Mothers Club will usually come from the address [email protected]. This address is used primarily by the database coordinator to send out relevant information to club members. It cannot be used by individual members to advertise to or communicate with the rest of the club. Any replies sent to this address will go only to the database coordinator, who will then forward them to the appropriate board member.
Problems Receiving Mothers Club Emails
If you discover you are not receiving Mothers Club e-mails, please check to see if your mail reader has a spam filter that might be blocking the club email address inadvertently. If you are still having difficulty, please contact the database coordinator.
Propagation of Spam Emails
We would appreciate it if you do not put the Mothers Club e-mail address in your address books. In the past, this practice has caused the database coordinator to receive a large number of virus emails.
